Transparency LLC

Every dollar,
accounted for.

We build companies that show you exactly what things cost, what they earn, and why. No dark patterns. No hidden margins. Just honest products from people who think you deserve to know.

Transparency is the product.

Most companies hide their numbers because the numbers are embarrassing. We don't. Every venture under the Transparency LLC umbrella publishes its financials in plain language — what it costs to build, what it earns, and what's left over.

We believe that when a company has nothing to hide, it makes better products. And when customers can see the whole picture, they make better decisions.

The Transparency standard.

Every company we build or invest in must meet three requirements before launch.

01

Full cost disclosure

We publish a breakdown of what the product or service actually costs to deliver — materials, labor, platform overhead, logistics. No rounding. No vague "production costs."

02

Plain-language terms

Warranties, refund policies, and contracts written in one paragraph or less. If you need a lawyer to understand your purchase, we failed.

03

Revenue sharing visibility

For platform businesses — content, marketplaces, services — every stakeholder can see exactly what percentage goes where. Creators, partners, and customers all have the same information.

What we're building.

Each venture is an independent business with its own product — united by one rule: show your work.
